Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions regulate the use of Cer’s services•Art, including registration at events, voucher acquisition and space rental. When making a reservation or purchase, the customer declares to accept these standards.
EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
Registration and payments:
The registration of the client shall be considered valid and final only after payment of the amount of the event concerned and confirmed by the Cer’s team•Art. The Cer’•Art reserves the right to cancel any registration whose payment has not been made under the conditions mentioned above.
Minimum age:
The minimum age of participation in events is 15 years when accompanied by an adult.
Date change:
The client enrolled in a particular event may not change his registration to another date without the express consent of Cer’•Art.
Inscription cedence:
The customer who enrolls and cannot attend, can assign his place to another person provided he informs Cer’•Art up to 24 hours before the event.
Cancellation by the client:
Cancellations up to 5 days before the date, the customer is entitled to refund or send a voucher to enjoy on a new date no later than three months from the date of cancellation. Cancellations between 5 days and 48 hours before, the customer is not entitled to reimbursement but will be sent a voucher to enjoy on a new date no later than three months from the date of cancellation. Cancellations less than 48 hours or no show will not be entitled to refund or voucher.
Cancellation by Cer’•Art:
The Cer’•Art reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event for reasons of force majeure or when the minimum number of participants is not reached. In either case, Cer’•Art undertakes to inform customers as early as possible via email or telephone, offering full refund or exchange for another date. The Cer’•Art is not responsible for any costs external to the value of the event incurred by the client. We also reserve the right to replace the trainer announced by another with equivalent skills, without that being a reason for reimbursement.
Capture, treatment and use of image and video:
With the formalization of registration and the appearance at Cer’s events and workshops•Art, the participant declares to be aware and freely and unequivocally authorizes the capture, registration and fixation of his image and voice, through photography, video or audio, during the course of the activities. The captured image and sound media will be treated by Cer’•Art, aimed at promoting, disseminating and archiving activities. This use covers publication, editing and broadcasting on all digital communication channels controlled by Cer’•Art, including the official website, blogs, newsletters and social networks as well as their integration into advertising campaigns and paid ads. In addition, records may be reproduced on physical and editorial media such as posters, leaflets, catalogues or specialty publications. This authorisation shall be granted free of charge and shall not confer on the participant the right to any consideration, compensation or compensation and shall have no time limit or geographical restriction. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Cer’•Art undertakes to use the images ethically, ensuring that they will not be used to affect the honor or reputation of the participant. The participant may at any time exercise his right of opposition, rectification or deletion by sending a written request to the privacy@cerarte.pt email. VOUCHERS
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of vouchers for workshops carried out by Cer’•Art. When purchasing a voucher, the client declares to accept these standards.
Validity:
All vouchers have a validity of 12 (12) months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the voucher expires automatically without refund or extension of the period unless otherwise stated by Cer’•Art.
Purchase process:
The use of the voucher presupposes the performance of a normal inscription using the available methods. The possession of a voucher does not guarantee immediate vacancy on a specific date. At the time of registration, the user must indicate the possession of the voucher and its name in the voucher, in the "Comments" field, so that the registration is validated at no additional cost. After validating the voucher and availability, we will send confirmation of your registration by email.
Cancellations and reschedules by the customer:
Changes or cancellations of reservations already confirmed must be communicated up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations outside this deadline imply the loss of the voucher.
Cancellations and reschedulings by the Cer’•Arte:
In the event that we have to cancel the event for reasons of force majeure, the customer may choose to reschedule or extend the validity of the voucher for future use.
Right of free resolution:
According to Portuguese legislation for online purchases, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase of the voucher within 14 days, provided that it has not been used. The reimbursement shall be made by the same payment method as used.
SPACE RENT
The Cer’•Art offers the rental of space and its equipment to companies and individuals who want to develop their projects or hold their own events. When renting the space, the client declares to accept these standards.
Autonomy and zeal:
The rental assumes that the customer has sufficient technical knowledge to operate the equipment independently. The Cer’•Art is not responsible for technical assistance during the rental period, except prior agreement. The customer undertakes to leave the space organized and clean before the end of the rental period. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to apply an additional cleaning fee.
Security:
Compliance with the safety standards of the workshop is mandatory, particularly in the use and handling of equipment. Any damage caused to equipment for misuse shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. The Cer’•Art is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of personal property of customers within the premises.
Term of Liability:
The customer must sign and return the Liability Term before Home The rent. Document available Here..
Schedule:
The customer must respect the time of entry and exit. The rental period includes the time of assembly and disassembly of materials and equipment of the client's responsibility. Staying beyond the reserved period may involve paying an additional fee.
Reservations, payments and cancellations by the customer:
The reservation can be made through the available contacts Here. and confirmation is subject to availability. With the confirmation of availability and in order to complete the reservation, the customer has 48 hours to make the payment through the methods available. Upon expiry of this deadline without confirmation of payment, the date will be released again. Cancellations made up to 15 days before the date allow full refund of the reservation. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before can be converted into credit for a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 7 days or no show will not be entitled to refund or credit.
Cancellations by Cer’•Art:
Cer’ case•Art has to cancel the rental for reasons of force majeure, the customer will be informed immediately. In such situations, the customer may choose to fully refund the amount paid or reschedule for a new date subject to availability.
Dispute settlement:
